If I wanted to make a big batch for a group of people, using the whole entire Multiserve, how much water would I mix it with to be safe?
To get optimal benefits from Liquid I.V., use as directed. It is suggested to mix 16 ounces of water for each scoop. We recommend 1 scoop per day for daily hydration. For ages 1 – 3, pregnant or breastfeeding population, or if you have specific dietary or medical concerns, please seek medical consultation if you wish to consume more than 1 stick per day.
If you’re using the entire 20 serving tub, that would be 320 ounces or 40 cups of water (2.5 gallons).
If you’re using the entire 30 serving tub, that would be 480 ounces or 60 cups of water (3.75 gallons).
Is the flavor strength consistent scoop to scoop?
Yes, the flavor strength is consistent across all scoops within the tub. The product is blended to ensure uniform distribution of ingredients, so consumers should not experience any flavor variability.
I lost the scooper that came with the tub. How many teaspoons (tablespoons?) is equivalent to 1 scoop?

Storage And Products Stability
How long will Liquid I.V. stay fresh?
Liquid I.V. powder has a Best By on each package. If properly stored, the product will remain fresh until the date printed on each packet.
How should I store my Liquid I.V.?
Liquid I.V. should be stored in a cool, dry place. Try to avoid direct sunlight and extreme heat, such as hot cars. When exposed to moisture or heat, Liquid I.V. may crystallize or clump, but is still effective and safe for consumption.
Can I mix my Liquid I.V. in water and save it for later?
For the best taste and experience, we recommend mixing Liquid I.V. with cold water and consuming as soon as possible. If you wish to save all or part of your Liquid I.V. beverage for later, we recommend refrigerating the beverage and giving it a gentle shake before enjoying. Liquid I.V. should be consumed within 1-2 days.
If Liquid I.V. clumps or crystallizes has it gone bad?
No. Liquid I.V. can crystallize or clump if a small amount of air or moisture is introduced to the stick pack. Just mix the powder thoroughly into water.
Can I freeze Liquid I.V.?
Yes! Liquid I.V. popsicles are a delicious treat and a fun way to help you stay hydrated on a hot day. Just be sure to mix thoroughly before freezing.

Is Liquid I.V. gluten free?
We test every single lot of our product for gluten to ensure they meet FDA standards for gluten-free. These tests are performed at an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory using the ELISA method. Our products are GFCO certified.
Why is Liquid I.V. testing positive for gluten when I test it using my at-home testing kit?
Based on findings from an ISO globally-accredited laboratory, at-home testing kits could be providing a false positive result for Liquid I.V. This is because the buffers in the Extraction Solution used in at-home testing kits are formulated to work with a pea-sized amount, or a scoop of product (0.5g or less). These measurements are not an issue for conventional food, but for Liquid I.V. one of these suggested measurements equals 0.81g-1.2g which adds 62%-140% more product weight than what is required for accurate results, altering the pH of the Extraction Solution, resulting in false readings.
Is Liquid I.V. FDA approved?
FDA does not provide approval for foods, beverages, or dietary supplements. However, all of our products are made with quality ingredients and produced in facilities that are in compliance with FDA requirements.

Why am I missing some of my points?
We recently switched to a new loyalty platform to better serve you, and all points were migrated over on Friday (12/5).
