Return Policy
We stand fully behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, contact [email protected] within 60 days of delivery to initiate the return process*. We ask that you share your valuable input as to why you are requesting a return, so that we may strive to improve your customer experience in the future.
Please note, we are only able to accept returns/provide refunds for orders purchased through liquid-iv.com. Samples/ merchandise/ gift with purchase items will not be eligible for return.
Liquid I.V. may reject returns if there is prior abuse or failure to return product or any behavior Liquid I.V. determines is suspicious or violates stores policies.
All orders of $400 and above are final and cannot be returned or refunded. If you have any questions, please contact our support team prior to placing your order.
*Refunds will process once the order is received at the warehouse.
Shipping
- Shipping RatesBelow are the current shipping options available when purchasing from Liquid I.V.
- Standard Shipping (3-6 Business Days) – $5.99 or FREE for orders over $40
- UPS 3 Day – $20
- Processing TimesLiquid I.V. offers free standard shipping with 3-6 business day delivery. This includes a 1-2 business day processing time for orders. Please allow extra time if your order was placed Friday evening, during weekends or on holidays. For example, if your order was placed Friday evening, it is standard to not see any tracking updates until Monday evening.
- APO/AE/AAStandard shipping to military addresses is sent via USPS. Due to extended handling time, delivery to these addresses may take up to 21 business days.
- Tracking UpdatesDuring busier seasons, carriers may take longer than expected to update the tracking status of a package. If a package has shipped and the tracking status does not update within 3 business days, please contact Liquid I.V. for an additional update on your package. If a package shows tracking updates but has stalled at a processing location, please contact the carrier for additional information, as they would be able to provide the most up to date information on your package.
